Your order will not ship untill money order and the printed order form is received. Orders take from one week to three weeks for arival depending what country you live at. Time is approximated and could give or take a day or two to arrive. If you don't have a printer feel free to save this copy to your hard drive and have it printed out at your local photo copy shop.
